Thomas leads Ardos’ overall direction and execution across product, technology, and company development. His work bridges clinical practice and software engineering, translating advanced physics into actionable tools used in real treatment environments.
Per Poulsen

& Co-Founder
Professor of Medical Physics and internationally recognized expert in motion management.
Per brings more than 20 years of research leadership and is co-inventor of DoseTracker. His work has shaped the scientific foundation of real-time dose guidance and continues to guide Ardos’ clinical and research direction.

Chair of the Board
& Co-Founder
MedTech executive with extensive experience in commercialization, strategy, and growth.
Lene brings more than 25 years of leadership experience across healthcare and MedTech. She supports Ardos in business development, partnerships, and the transition from validated technology to market adoption.
