Clinical Solutions Manager – Real-Time Dose Guidance
Ardos – Flexible location, Europe/US preferred
Build the future of radiotherapy
— from first clinical adoption to global impact
Ardos is an ambitious AI MedTech startup redefining radiotherapy through real-time dose guidance. Our core product, DoseTracker, helps clinical teams understand how radiation dose is actually delivered to moving anatomy during treatment — turning motion information into actionable insight.
Our technology combines motion monitoring, physics-based dose calculation, and advanced algorithmic decision support to bring a new generation of intelligent treatment guidance into cancer care. We are working with leading radiotherapy centres in Europe, the US, and Australia to move DoseTracker from advanced research software into clinical practice.
We are now looking for a Clinical Solutions Manager with a builder mindset: someone who can help introduce DoseTracker to clinical teams, shape implementation workflows, and turn early clinical adoption into a scalable global rollout.
This is not a traditional application specialist role. You will help define how a new category of radiotherapy guidance is adopted in real-world clinical environments — working at the intersection of product, clinical strategy, implementation, and customer success.
If you want to help bring breakthrough technology from innovation to clinical impact, we would love to hear from you.
The role
As Clinical Solutions Manager, you will be the key link between clinical users, research partners, and the Ardos development team.
You will help radiotherapy departments understand, evaluate, and implement DoseTracker. You will work with medical physicists, radiation oncologists, RTTs, researchers, and software developers — translating clinical needs into practical workflows, product improvements, and implementation plans.
This is a hands-on, outward-facing role for someone who enjoys working with people, understands radiotherapy workflows, and is motivated by turning advanced technology into clinical impact.
What you will do
You will:
- Support the clinical rollout of DoseTracker at partner and reference sites
- Build strong relationships with clinical collaborators in Europe, the US, and beyond
- Lead onboarding, training, and clinical implementation activities
- Understand different clinical environments, workflows, cultures, and stakeholder needs
- Act as the primary interface between clinical users and the Ardos development team
- Translate clinical feedback into clear product requirements and improvement ideas
- Support workflow design, usability improvements, and user adoption
- Contribute to clinical validation, documentation, presentations, and scientific dissemination
- Help identify new clinical use cases, collaborators, and market opportunities
- Travel internationally to work directly with clinical partners
What you bring
You have experience from radiotherapy and a strong understanding of how clinical departments work in practice. You communicate clearly, build trust easily, and enjoy working across disciplines.
We expect that you have:
- Experience with IGRT, motion management, adaptive radiotherapy, or related clinical workflows
- Strong understanding of clinical radiotherapy processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and people skills
- Ability to quickly understand different clinical challenges, cultures, and workflows
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a dynamic environment
- Motivation to work closely with both clinicians and software developers
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Fluency in English
It is a plus if you have
- Background as a medical physicist, RTT, radiation oncologist, clinical scientist, or similar
- Experience implementing new clinical technologies
- Experience from product rollout, application support, or clinical customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with usability, UX, workflow design, or change management
- Experience with clinical research, validation studies, or scientific communication
- Familiarity with regulated medical device environments, such as FDA, MDR, or quality management systems
What we offer
At Ardos, you will not just support a product. You will help define how a new treatment-guidance technology is brought into clinical practice.
We offer:
- A central role in a young, ambitious AI MedTech startup
- Significant influence on clinical strategy, implementation workflows, and product direction
- Close collaboration with leading radiotherapy centres in Europe and the US
- A flexible, international, and fast-moving startup environment
- Short decision paths and high ownership
- A mission-driven team working at the intersection of radiotherapy, software, physics, and patient care
Practical details
- Position: Full- or part-time
- Location: Flexible, with Europe or US preferred. Headquarters in Aarhus, Denmark.
- Travel: Extended travel to international partner sites should be expected.
- Start date: As soon as possible, with flexibility for the right candidate.
